Important Information
A security deposit of SGD 50 per night is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure. br/ Payment will be charged upon arrival for same-day bookings and are non-refundable. br/ Please be informed that there is ongoing refurbishment works at the property with expected completion by June 2024. The refurbishment works will take place on Mondays to Fridays from 08:30 to 17:30 with some noise disturbance, the rooms however, will not be affected. We apologies for any inconvenience caused br/ The minimum age of guests to check in is 18 years if unaccompanied by an adult. br/ All guests who have booked for a stay for 7 days or more, whether in a single booking or multiple bookings, will have to contact the hotel directly in order to ensure that the current guidelines from the local authorities are adhered to strictly. br/ Light housekeeping is provided every 3 nights stay; full housekeeping service is provided every 7 nights stay
